"Then Saul said to his armorbearer, "Draw your sword, and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised men come and thrust me through and abuse me." But his armorbearer would not, for he was greatly afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword and fell on it..." (1 Sam 31:4).

Those things that have hindered the moving of My Spirit for generations are about to die. They will fall on the swords of their own doings and perish. They will fall into the snare of their own schemes and be devoured. Like Haman they will die at the gallows of their own building. The avenue of My moving will be cleared. The axe is now laid at the root of the trees and it will make a hi-way in the desert for My appearing. I will create a place that My children can dance, a place of liberty.

The sword of Saul will make way for David. In Mount Gilboa the mighty will fall and those I have called will take their place. Jacob, a generation that seeks My face. They will be called by a new name. They will run the race and finish the course that I have set before them. They will not bow as the kings did before them. They will not hold back what I have given them. Like David they will dance with all their might.

The sound of mourning will be heard in the camp as the old gives way to the new. I will do a work in your day that will not be believed even if I told you. You will be a sign and a wonder to many. A landmark of My heart in the land. I will prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies. You will kill and eat the fatted calf says the Lord. See, the judge stands at the door.

David will return from the battle and restore the children of Ziklag. Not one hair will perish from their heads says the Lord. I will preserve the households pillaged by religion. For My people have come to the brook Besor where I will refresh them and equip them for the battle before them. For in this hour the dragons of religion shall be slain. The giants of tradition shall topple.

For the walls of untempered mortar shall fall. I will cause the wind of My freedom to blow against them and they will not stand. "Say to those who plaster it with untempered mortar, that it will fall. There will be a flooding rain, and you, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall tear it down." (Ezek 13:11). The nations will hear the sound. And the captives of religion will break out.

I will cover the earth with My glory as the water covers the sea. They will dance in My perfect liberty. I will put a new song in their mouth and around the walls they will shout. The towers of man's thinking will come tumbling down. A sound of singing in the streets. Dancing to the beat of My perfect liberty. My children will have their rightful place. Coming boldly to the Throne of Grace.

"So I will break down the wall you have plastered with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be uncovered; it will fall, and you shall be consumed in the midst of it. Then you shall know that I am the LORD. (Ezek 13:14). The sound of Saul will not be heard in the camp anymore. His armor will not be worn. The children will now sing the song of the Lord!
